Job Title: Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing Job Summary Manage the plan, execution, and review of UBR marketing COOP funds. Collaborate with sales team and trade partners to ensure proper communication from trade partners to end users through variety joint marketing programs and support them to reach financial target (both sales target and media performance target). Major Responsibilities Based on UBR marketing calendar, sales strategy and product plan, develop quarterly trade marketing COOP strategy, properly allocate the budget into accounts, and make sure the geography and target audience focus are aligned with overall trade communication strategy. Guide trade partners to formulate their quarterly communication strategy and COOP media plan, consolidate into holistic proposal for management approval. Make sure all plans are vetted by 3rd party which is aligned with company regulation, and all related administration works are completed on time. Monitor the trade partners’ promotion online status and routine report, ensure the deliverables
